If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly at for exchange within seven days of receiving your order; each purchase is entitled to a single exchange.

Damaged / Defective Product

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged along with a photo proof within that timeframe. If the product is damaged or defective, Icon Farms will cover the return shipping expense. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all other returns. An Icon Farms representative will respond to any product concern inquiries within 1-2 business days, along with a prepaid shipping label. This label is to be attached to your defective/imperfect product package and can be dropped off at any United States Postal Service Office.


Orders placed on are generally processed within 1-2 business days and shipped to customer. Shipping times may vary based on destination location and shipping service. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and viewable at checkout.  While shipping time is typically 3-7 business days after processing, there are instances where this may take longer due to weather or holidays.
